COVID POLICY
Flexible payment plan:
- 40% for booking confirmation
- 60% within 30 days from the Check-in date ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
If due to Covid-19 the customer cannot make the trip, he can decide to postpone the charter later in 2022 or in the 2023 season, with the same boat or another one from our fleet (based on the availability) by paying a possibile difference for the new booking, if applicable. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Note: all our boats will be subjected to a total SANITATION intervention before each charter, operated by a Specialized Company that will release an intervention Certification. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The above offers will be valid if one or more of the following conditions are applicable to the situation of the clients:
- The departure or arrival airport have been closed and their flights have been canceled.
- The customers are infected or have been placed in quarantine during the booking period (to be certified with official documents).
- Will be approved (or will still be ongoing) laws regarding freedom of movement for the people in Europe and in particular in Italy, which would prevent them from reaching our bases in Sicily. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
When one of the above conditions occurs:
- Laguna Yachting will issue a voucher equal to the amount already paid to be spent for a new booking (for the 2022 and / or 2023 season).
- The price of the new week will be calculated based on our pricelist of the desired week and applying the discounts offered during that period.
- It will be possible to choose a new boat if the one originally booked by the customer is not available. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
In case of price differences:
- If the new booking is more expensive, customers will have to pay the difference.
- If the new booking is cheaper (also booking a smaller boat) in case of a difference in favor of the customer, we will issue a voucher of the relative excess amount, valid for seasons 2022/2023/2024. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Note: the customer can request the issuance of a voucher no earlier than 4 weeks before departure.

These policies will be applied until further notice for all bookings made until February 1st 2022.
If the situation changes, we will review the current policy, adjusting it to the new provisions.
